Returns: I Can Have That! will replace any item that arrives damaged at its destination. Damage should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Original packaging should be saved for inspection. Please contact our customer service department to arrange for a return.
Substitutions: We make every effort to ensure that all items listed are available at the time of delivery. Sometimes, an item is unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute items if necessary. All substitutions will be free of the relevant food allergens for which the basket was ordered. Our customer service department will contact you if a major substitution is necessary.

Ship Now or Ship Later

Take advantage of our Ship Now or Ship Later program. When you checkout, click "Ship Now" if you want your package to go out on the same day (All orders received after 2PM (Eastern) are shipped on the next business day). If you want your order to go out on a future date in time for a special occasion or holiday, pick "Ship Later" and fill in the date you want us to ship. Pick a date at least five (5) business days before that date you want your package to arrive. We'll take care of the rest. We'll ship your package out and get it there when you want it there! It's that easy!
